we produce several advanced ceramic parts with fine engineered ceramics, and one of those is Hexagonal Boron Nitride. We generally choose a form known as hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN). Hexagonal BN is a composite of boron and nitrogen that is both heat and hemically resistant. It is the most robust crystalline type of boron nitride, along with graphite. Since it has a composition identical to graphite, although you will even hear it namedwhite graphitesince it is white in colour. What is more, hardness of hexagonal BN is similar to graphite, so it is very easily to machine the parts into required shape, only one small tip,machining work should be process in dry conditions with no cooling liquid. Aussi, visible dust can be created during machining, so wearing mask and goggle is necessary.
Boron nitride ceramic is chemically and has relatively good thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion and microwave clarity.Boron nitride can be quickly machined as well. Moreover, verre, salts and the rest of liquid metals are non-wetting. This ensures that neither of these compounds can be moistened, and it is far more immune to chemical assaults.Hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) performs very well under high heat condition and is effective in the air at temperatures of up to 900 degrees C, in the vacuum at 1,900 degrees C and in the inert environment at 2,000 degrees C. BN is self-lubricating as well,par conséquent, it does not need the use of molecules of gas or water stuck in its layers. Because of this, in a vacuum, which is important for aerospace applications, boron nitride (NE) can work perfectly.
